needs, as well as budget, and found a plan we could modify. With 6
children this was tricky. What I really appreciated was their respect
for my judgment; they never made me feel unqualified to have input. It
truly felt like we designed the home together.
Watching the whole process was amazing. They
worked tirelessly to have it just right, from the foundation to the
finish.
I appreciated that there were no
financial surprises. Our Builder Representative made sure we knew our upgrade / building options and
that we were comfortable and happy with the result of our decisions.
Their office staff was personable and kind.
The result? We love our new home! What a
blessing it has been to have a home just right for our family. Sterling
