Speaking of the need for
larger lots, Sterling Homes is always looking for relatively
flat lots that can hold a 60' x 60' rambler home. These lots
tend to be approximately 10,000 sq ft or more and are square or
a large rectangle in shape. We prefer smaller developments or
singles in established neighborhoods.
