Sterling Homes NW Inc. is a local, family-owned general contracting business.  We have been building homes in the South Snohomish County area for almost 40 years and have created beautiful homes for over 600 families. 

Sterling Homes builds both custom homes and speculative homes, depending upon the local opportunities and economy.  Currently, we are concentrating within three categories: affordable housing, healthy and sustainable homes, and single level living in ramblers, a longtime favorite of ours.

It is important to us that you have a positive home buying/ building experience with our company.  Our office staff is professional, kind, and timely in their communications.  The job-site Superintendent has been with us for over 27 years and will take the time to walk with you through your new home to explain construction, systems, and answer all of your questions. 

When building a custom home, you will be paired with a Builder Representative who will accompany you from the design phase to completion of your Warranty term.  This representative will be available to answer questions, discuss upgrade options, and develop a design that reflects your lifestyle.
