Our expectation is that you will be fully informed throughout the home building process. Key to this is having the same Builder Representative to communicate with, answer your questions, provide you with design options, notify you of timelines, and walk you through the home at key points.
Our expectation is that your new neighbors compliment you on your clean job site, professional contractors, and respect for the surrounding neighborhood.
Our expectation is that you receive what you expect in your new home. For this reason, we have created a change order process which allows detailed instructions for any modification to the original plan and specifications.
Our expectation is that our Building Team, including all sub-contractors, are licensed, bonded and insured, perform professional work, provide workmanship warranties, and offer competitive pricing.
Our expectation is that you will refer us to your neighbors, friends, and family - simply because of your pleasant experience in building your dream home.
