Sterling Homes compiles all of the information on the products that will be incorporated into your new home.  This information, along with all of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty information, will be presented to you upon sale in a Homeowner's Binder.

This Homeowner's Binder will include a section on all of the consumer Manufacturer's Warranties that get passed from us to you.  You will be notified when registration of a product is necessary and for how many years the Warranty Service is available.  Should you have any questions about a product or service, give our office a call and we will be happy to assist you.
