Custom Home Buyers

Many of you have customers who specifically desire a custom home or are unable to find a home to fit their lifestyle needs within today's speculative market.  Sterling Homes has built many custom homes during our 40 years of business.  Because of this, we have developed a smooth custom home building process to take your clients from financing to move in.  See our Custom Home Program for further information.

Ramblers

As the available inventory of large lots become scarce, new construction speculative ramblers are difficult to find.  Many customers prefer to live in a one story home and end up compromising with a purchase of an existing home.  This is without the benefit of new construction, such as energy efficient systems, new appliances, and updated design elements.

Looking for land!

Speaking of ramblers and the need for larger lots, Sterling Homes is always looking for relatively flat lots that can hold a 60' x 60' rambler home. These lots tend to be approximately 10,000 sq ft or more and are square or rectangular in shape.  We prefer smaller developments or singles in established neighborhoods.
