Ramblers
As the available inventory of large
lots become scarce, new construction speculative ramblers are
difficult to find. Many customers prefer to live in a one
story home and end up compromising with a purchase of an
existing home. This is without the benefit of new
construction, such as energy efficient systems, new appliances, and updated design elements.
Sterling Homes has developed a strong
reputation in the community for building desirable rambler

Looking for land!
Speaking of ramblers and the need for
larger lots, Sterling Homes is always looking for relatively
flat lots that can hold a 60' x 60' rambler home. These lots
tend to be approximately 10,000 sq ft or more and are square or
rectangular in shape. We prefer smaller developments or
singles in established neighborhoods.
