We strongly encourage
you to research all builder's warranty programs before purchasing a new
home. Warranties differ in
the following ways:

assist you in learning more about the 2-10
Warranty Program.
BEFORE RECEIVING
YOUR KEYS
Sterling Homes will
complete a
Pre-Closing Walk-Through with you at your home site. The main
purpose of this Walk-Through
is
to orient you to the systems in your new home and to complete a Pre-Closing
Quality Assurance Checklist. If there are items in need of repair
or touch up, they are noted and scheduled for completion. Our
staff will be present to answer any questions you may have.
ONE YEAR OF
OWNERSHIP
Sterling Homes
warrants that your home will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship* for one year. During this year, you will receive several
points of contact from Sterling Homes to inquire about your home.
You will also receive a Welcome Home Binder packed with
information about the specific materials used in the creation of your
home, including many home maintenance tips. Our home owners have found this
binder to be an invaluable resource.
AT THE
END OF ONE YEAR OF OWNERSHIP
Nearing the end of
this one year limited warranty coverage, Sterling Homes will contact you
to make an appointment to complete a 1-Year Walk-Through.
At that time, we will review your warranty coverage with you and schedule
any items for repairs.
